Sales Associate - Full Time

Your day-to-day:

Are you interested in expanding your skill set, crushing your sales goals, while having tons of fun in the process? If yes – then ViziSites may have the perfect job for you!

ViziSites is a vibrant, growth-focused internet marketing firm with a performance-based culture. We are seeking a career minded individual who is looking to collaborate in an encouraging, yet fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone with previous sales success or new to sales whose energy, drive to succeed and work ethic will propel them to greatness. You will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to create leads, follow up with those leads, and close new business opportunities. Expectations in this position include:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Drive new business by having a consultative sales approach
  • Establish rapport with clients that foster long lasting relationships
  • Consistently train on various products and processes
  • Master all aspect of the sales cycle: prospecting, consultations, and closing the sale

What we have to see:

  • 1 or more years of sales experience, with a successful track record of goal achievement
  • Experience in building rapport and establishing relationships
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral
  • High School Diploma required – BA preferred

Client Services Specialist - Full Time

Your day-to-day:

As a Client Services Specialist, you are an integral part of our client’s experience with ViziSites. Your responsibilities will include many tasks ranging from communication, project support, completing support requests and strategizing with the team and/or the client. After training, you may work closely with on-boarding and existing clients to convey their needs to the applicable team members, or assist in completion of their requested changes. Phone call and email correspondence with clients may include answering questions, confirming support requests, or suggesting new additions or services to the client that will improve their online marketing and increase retention. This position provides a large opportunity for growth and can lead to an account management position in the future. Our ideal Client Services Specialists are organized & detail oriented, comfortable bouncing between tasks and working with team members throughout the day, have strong phone and email etiquette, as well as proven computer skills.

What we have to see:

  • Experience in Customer Service, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to interpret client wishes to the team and follow through on implementation
  • Extreme attention to detail & organization

What we’d like to see:

  • Experience specifically in website design & management and/or marketing
  • Experience working in WordPress

What gets us excited:

SEM Manager - Part to Full Time

Your day-to-day:

This position will start as a part time PPC/SEM Account Manager (25 hrs/week to start), working up to full time within the first few months.

You will work directly with new and existing SEM clients to build and drive campaigns. Campaigns will include Search, Display, and Video. You will need to strategize with the client to create a plan for successful advertising. Your position may also require you to work closely with the general account managers/design team to implement new landing pages for ads. Occasionally you may need to submit support tickets for edits on existing landing pages, with the goal of increasing conversions and ultimately the client’s ROI.

The SEM manager will handle all tasks related to client campaigns, from initial planning & implementation, to monitoring & optimization, to analysis & reporting.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Keyword research
  • Billing setup
  • Bid management
  • Conversion actions
  • Write text ads
  • Design image ads
  • A/B testing
  • Respond to SEM related emails/phone calls
  • Google account linking
  • Schedule & monitor reports
  • Monthly report review with clients
  • Interface with assigned Google account strategist
  • Stay up to date on best practices & trends in SEM
  • Attend industry webinars
  • Clearly communicate SEM best practices to support & design department heads as it relates to website layout and optimization (i.e. the importance of website speed, page design, content, etc.)

What we have to see:

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in an SEM / PPC account management role overseeing multiple client accounts
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Facebook Ad experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy with no typos or grammatical errors

What we’d like to see:

  • Experience with the AdWords Editor app
  • Knowledge of how to best design landing pages for optimal conversions

What gets us excited:

  • Google Analytics Certification
  • WordPress Experience
  • Ability to implement conversion and analytics tags on client websites

Graphic Designer - Full Time

Your day-to-day:

You will work with your team’s account manager and developers to come up with creative solutions for our clients’ needs. Your day-to-day may include: home page design mockups using Illustrator, logo design and branding, meetings with new clients, and some account management. Your ability to take client requests and translate them into a functional design that clients love.

What we have to see:

  • Schooling in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Digital Design, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years in professional design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Experience with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
  • Ability to take in client requests and convert into a functional design they like
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from clients & peers

What we’d like to see:

  • Strong design, composition, color theory and typography skills
  • Adaptive design eye and skill
  • WordPress Experience

What gets us excited:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Creative flair, visual/conceptual ability to be innovative and original
