As a Client Services Specialist, you are an integral part of our client’s experience with ViziSites. Your responsibilities will include many tasks ranging from communication, project support, completing support requests and strategizing with the team and/or the client. After training, you may work closely with on-boarding and existing clients to convey their needs to the applicable team members, or assist in completion of their requested changes. Phone call and email correspondence with clients may include answering questions, confirming support requests, or suggesting new additions or services to the client that will improve their online marketing and increase retention. This position provides a large opportunity for growth and can lead to an account management position in the future. Our ideal Client Services Specialists are organized & detail oriented, comfortable bouncing between tasks and working with team members throughout the day, have strong phone and email etiquette, as well as proven computer skills.
What we have to see:
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to interpret client wishes to the team and follow through on implementation
- Extreme attention to detail & organization
What we’d like to see:
- Experience specifically in website design & management and/or marketing
- Experience working in WordPress

You will work with your team’s account manager and developers to come up with creative solutions for our clients’ needs. Your day-to-day may include: home page design mockups using Illustrator, logo design and branding, meetings with new clients, and some account management. Your ability to take client requests and translate them into a functional design that clients love.
What we have to see:
- Schooling in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Digital Design, or a related discipline
- 5+ years in professional design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
- Extensive experience with Illustrator & Photoshop
- Experience with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
- Ability to take in client requests and convert into a functional design they like
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from clients & peers

- Strong design, composition, color theory and typography skills
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- WordPress Experience
